09:30 → 10:00 Meeting point at CCSC - CERN Community Support Centre

At CERN, it is mandatory to wear your visitor access card visibly at all times.

If you have already printed your visitor access card before coming, you may enter directly with it.

If not, please come to the CCSC — we’ll be waiting for you there. Follow the instructions in this article: How to collect your visitor access card.

At CERN, it is mandatory to wear your Visitors Card visible. Your need your visitor access card to access to the organization:

• If you have already printed your CERN visitor access ticket before coming, you can go directly to Building 593/R-010 from CERN Entrance B .
• If you did not manage to print your visitor access ticket, please go first to the CERN Community Support Centre , in the building 33, at the Esplanade de Particules between 09:00 and 09:45. There, our colleagues Florentia Protopsalti and Milan Deruelle will give you a visitor access card.

Please enter CERN through the Main Entrance (Entrance B). Show your printed visitor access ticket to the security staff, then proceed to Building 593. You can view the itinerary on the CERN Map – Itinerary from Entrance B to Building 593 . Parking is available near Building 593.
