Registration opening: 01.12.2025 @ 12:00 CET
Registration deadline: 08.12.2025 @ 23:59 CET
Please indicate during registration which lecture you are attending (KTA Expert, Intro, Teaching Degree, Collider Physics).
Participants: There are 44 spots (+ waiting list). If there are more applicants, spots will be allocated by lottery.
Attention: Registration alone does not guarantee participation. You are only officially part of the trip once you have received a confirmation email after the registration deadline!
Costs: We kindly ask participation fee of 60€.
Meals are self-paid.
The bus trip and accommodation are partially covered by TUM and the Chairs E62.
Departure: DAY, 10.02.2026, 7:00 a.m. (early!) from the main entrance of the TUM main building, Arcisstrasse 21 (city center)
Return: DAY, 12.02.2026, around 10:00 p.m.
Please don’t forget to bring travel documents (ID card or passport)!
For foreign participants: please check whether you need a visa to enter Switzerland and France!

Accommodation:
All students will stay at the CERN Hostel.
There will be a mix of double rooms with bathrooms, single rooms with bathrooms and single rooms with washbasin.
Please indicate any roommate preferences when registering for a double room.
For visiting some experiments, sturdy, closed shoes are required.
