Present:

Gopolang, Heba, Mounia, Soeb, Diallo and Kétévi.

Salient points of the discussion:

1. Heba agreed to take charge of the poster and liaise with CERN graphic design.
2. Patricia provided detailed information about some action items here. 
   • Kétévi will check how to give access to the people who do not have CERN email.
3. We discussed the necessity to collect ideas and suggestion about topics to be included is the scientific program.
4. We discussed the frequency of meetings and meeting dates / times
   • We agree to set the next meeting on December 4 at 17:00 CERN time
   • Until then, people encourage to add their suggestions of topics (details about how to link to the title of the conference) into this googledoc.
5. Going forward, Mounia will take over the management of this event organization.
