This is the application form for the Swedish Teacher Programme 2026, which will take place from 25 to 30 October 2026 at CERN.
All applications received by Monday, 21 September 2026 will be reviewed and evaluated. Decision e-mails will be sent out shortly thereafter. Please do not make any firm commitments, such as flight tickets or hotel bookings, based on submitting this application form.
