AD/ ELENA: Francois showed the changes in the YETS planning wrt to the latest presentation.

The secure power commutation tests will take place on 16^th at 6 AM.

The date of the cryo plant maintenance period (02 Feb – 13^th Feb).

It was clarified that the cooling water interruption for the leak repair will only affect demineralized water, tap water is not concerned.

The BCCCA warm up is planned as of mid-week 51. Other dates to be confirmed.

The TELMAX cabling operation is moved to W3.

The ELENA ion source maintenance is complete. Some plasma tests will be carried out till Monday 15^th .

AOB:

The BASE “quiet” periods were reminded. Barbara will contact Rustan to check the crane movements required for the cabling operations.

Next meeting is planned for the 15^th January at 14h for the YETS planning follow-up.
