Members present: Ioannis Giomataris, Eraldo Oliveri, Jianbei Liu, Hugo Natal da Luz and Leszek Ropelewski.

- Definition of the panel for Oed Award

- Registrations in the conference
- Fee wavering for selected students?
Oed Panel:
Leszek and Hugo (as chair) added to panel. An e-mail will be sent to all the current members of the panel (now with 8 people) communicating its composition and asking if any member wishes to drop out. After the feedback, Hugo will contact Bruno Guérard confirming the composition of the panel to be reflected in the mailing list.
Afterwards, an e-mail will be sent to to the community asking for nominations to the prize.
Invited speakers:
Discussion of the suggestions from Mauro Iodice, Klaus Dehmet, Hugo.
Leszek also suggested to invite Michael Benedikt as leader of the FCC which is new CERN's priority. Eraldo proposed to contact him to understand if there is any one that could give a talk on behalf of the FCC. An eight invited speaker could be included in the program.
For Dark Matter studies, the possible speakers will be contacted sequentially:
- Laura Baudis (Zurich, XENON)
- Jocelyn Monroe (Oxford, Dark Side)
- Andrea Messina
Speaker for the open session
Amos Breskin was consensual for the open session to the Czech community.
The LOC will find a slot to organise a panel about detector development with the participation of Amos Breskin, Jerry Va'vra, Ioannis Giomataris and Stanislav Pospišil.
Student asking for support to the participation in the conference
It was never done in this conference. To do this, a panel should be organised to decide which students should have their fees wavered, which would imply some kind of presentation and recommendations. If there is any change, all the participants will be informed.
