Thomas: Changbum started working on CaR board v2 schematics, using the current version of the feature list. Needs input from Eric about changes of components w.r.t. test board. Design will be taken over by another person, as Changbum will not be available for the project in the future.

Ilias: All CaR boards v 1.5 from batch 3 have been tested and sent to the institutes. Started documenting the hardware tests. Integrated all tests in one bitstream. Most of the tests are already merged in main repository. 

Abraham: finished 1-channel TDC logic in software. Working on register map and on integrating everything, to be able to perform 1-channel hardware tests. Todo: understand / port calibration code.
