User Forum - good presence at the stand - make more evident there is info specific for RPs - good to know which RPs do what - we might split and anlayse approcations domains and countries covered EGEE07 - For Registered Projects: - 1 page description to plans or achievents exploitation of EGEE results - provide a template - distributed at the conference - include in EGEE QR together with EGEE conference reporting or in the milestone "Progress report on international cooperation activity". Additional potential sessions for RPs: - ISSeG - SEEGRID - EUChina (interop/IPv6) - ETICS-OMII - HeC - DILIGENT - infrastructures/applications meetings (Bob/Erwin) - NGI workshop (Fotis/?) - EGEE experts presentations (NA5/working groups, operations, middleware, dissemination, FP7 collaboration focused on EGEE results or plans for collaborations ?) - avoid panel discussions - should not repeat EGEE general status presentations - BioMed (vincent) ACTION: Roberta - check with Anna who is leading NGI activity Linga - check on NGI workshop ACTION: Florida - check with Vincent about the biomed session ACTION: Roberta - check with Bob/Erwin about infrastructure/application coordinators lunch/meeting (closed) MAIL: The EGEE07 conference will take place ... The Related Projects track has been introduced in order to give you the opportunity to present the achievements of your project, demonstrate and disseminate the results of your work and concertate with other projects; it would also be an opportunity to raise and discuss any issue with EGEE experts. If you would like to host a session under the Related Projects track please fill in the attached questionnaire and return it by xxx. In addition, at the EGEE07 conference, there are other tracks which focus on applications and business, if you would like to present on those topics please consult xxx for the necessary information.
