Dave's bio:
Dave Michels is a researcher with the Microsoft-funded Cloud Legal Project at Queen Mary University of London and Guest Teacher at the London School of Economics. His research looks at the legal implications of sovereign cloud services and he recently published an article on this topic in the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology.
