Charge Questions
The Review Panel members are asked to answer the following questions:
1. Is the proposed solution addressing the observations from the IT String, technically sound and considered operationally robust for HL-LHC?
2. Are there any conditions, additional actions, or hold points to recommend before approving this change as the new baseline or each proposed technical solution?
3. Are there any gaps between the stated requirements and the evidence provided for compliance of the new design? If yes, in which ones?
4. Is the partial validation through the IT-String with the existing LHC 6 kA busbar cable acceptable, or is further specific testing of the final HL-LHC design required? If yes, which aspects require specific tests?
