ELEC V6 CLBs PRR

The PRR meeting will last two hours. It will include a first presentation from ELEC coordinators summarizing the information available in the gitlab issue defining the PRR workflow, including a review of the issues detected with a proposal of closure, and a review of the comments received during this week, it will take about 45 mins, followed with  an hour discussion.
