Please note that registration in Indico is mandatory and without fee. The deadline for the registrations is 15th March 2026.
External participants must complete all the mandatory fields required for site access formalities. You will be provided with a visitor card that must be visible at all times.
The registration is free. What is included? (Applicable to external participants only).
- 31st March: the ice-breaking party, cheese and wine.
- 1st and 2nd April: Lunches in Restaurant 2. Vouchers will be provided free of charge.
- 1st and 2nd April: Morning welcome coffees and breaks throughout the day..
- 1st April: Return transport to the networking dinner at Bois Joly, Crozet.
- 1st April: Networking dinner at Bois Joly.
