    Proposal for the new accounting portal

    Julia thanked Alessandro for the googledoc with overview of the current portal.

    Comments/questions to the proposal for the new UI:

    Alessandro told that one more meta attribute might be required : whether VO is official EGI VO or not.

    And also benchmark attribute would be useful for the the EGI community.

    Mapping between the site and NGI is available via GocDB API.

    For the disciplines (VO to discipline mapping) there is an API  provided by the EGI OPS portal.

    The mapping of VO to discipline might need more discussion. It is not possible to support one to many mapping and we need to understand what we do about it.

    Alessandro will share the proposal and plan with the EGI OPS and other people who should be in the loop and will provide feedback

    Adrian asked Alessandro to help getting CERN team access to the message queue.

    Round table

    Julia asked Adrian to address Maria's request to get a dump from APEL DB, so that she could complete validation.

    Campaign to get rid from the individual job records. Goes well. 21 tickets solved, 15 assigned, 8 in progress. From the validation page, there are currently 13 sites which still report individual job records , 5 of them only partially. Julia will ping sites which did not start to address the ticket.

    AUDITOR. In preparation of the new release expected next week. The main improvement is acceleration of the archival procedure.

    Julia asked whether there were news from the new sites assessing AUDITOR. Not much for the moment.

    Michael stressed the importance of enabling information about publishing tool in the APEL validation page. Adrian told that the task is assigned to a person in the STFC team, expected to have it in March.

     

    Next meeting

    Julia and Alessandro are not available on Friday the 13th of February. Julia will send a doodle for the time slot on Thursday the 12th.
