    Salient points:

    1. Heba reported on the poster draft. The final version may be ready early next week. Once it is available, Mounia will update Indico and open the registration.

    2. For the registration fees, we have set two deadlines:
      1. Early registration will end on July 31. The fee will be 150 CHF ( social dinner included).
      2. General registration will end on September 30. The fee will be 200 CHF (social dinner included). 
      3. If there is no social dinner, we can reduce 75 CHF from the initial rate. Participants will be able to select whether they want to join the social dinner or not.
    3. Regarding payment, Mounia will contact Patricia to determine how to set it up.
    4. Mounia will have a meeting with Anne next week to further discuss how to submit a request to CERN for funding.
    5. We have agreed that by the next meeting, Chilufya will have a well-defined timetable for the scientific agenda.
    6. We also agreed to schedule overview talks in the morning and parallel sessions in the afternoon.
    7. We may also have a poster session (not yet confirmed).
    8. The abstract submission deadline has been set for May 31. Selections will be made in June, and applicants will be informed then. This will leave three months — July through September — for those who need to apply for a visa.
    9. Anne will request an EP colloquium highlighting the scope, topic, and theme of our conference (title and speaker to be determined).
    10. Chilufya suggested that we may have a free afternoon either to visit one of the CERN experiments or allow participants to explore Geneva on their own.
