Description

The AWAKE Collaboration Meeting will take place on 20-22 April 2026 at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf.

This meeting is part of the regular series of meetings to review the status of the experiment, share results and discuss plans for the future.

Sessions on Monday-Tuesday will be held at Haus der Universität, the room is a the 3rd floor.
The morning session on Wednesday will be held at the University Campus, room 25.22.O0.028 (Building 25.22, ground floor O0, room 028). The campus map is here. The numbering of the buildings is a Cartesian coordinate system "CC.BB.Ox,xxx", oriented North-South (the first digit), East-West (the second digit), valid both for the building complex (the digits "CC") and the building inside that complex (the digits "BB"), followed by the floor (Ox) and the room (xxx).

We suggest you book a hotel of your choice close to the city center 
(die Altstadt, right bank of the river Rhein!)

The à la carte dinner is organised on Tuesday 21.04.2026 evening, 7:30 p.m., at Brauhaus Alter Bahnhof. located here.
