      Activities to be coordinated with platform installation:

      1. Gate installation - non conformity to be cleared - finalisation in April with turnstile

      2. Fire detection control rack installation on the platform - 18 Feb

      RILIS Laboratory upgrade project - activities update 5m

      • Equipment
        • FEC box for tape stn removed and temporarily stored
          • Rack will be removed once teslameter removed - where to be better temporarily stored?
        • 2x teslameters hopefully removed this thurs - keep teslameters functional for magnet powering tests?
        • Protection to be confirmed in further detail tomorrow morning with onsite visit incl scaffolding responsible
      • Cables
        • Andy continuing this week with removal of cables inside RILIS lab (thanks for taking quick action allowing us to disassemble the external table structures!)
        • Samuel to perform a survey next week - cable suspension and removal likely 2nd or 3rd week or March
        • VIC this friday for IT
        • removal of ISCOOL cables and insulators below RILIS on Thursday (Lukas, Alex)
      • Integration
        • Visit with Vincent and Didier this afternoon to review the HRS door debaucle
        • SCE investigating placement of shielding (earthquake safe) above the SSP areas
        • Some on-site checks to confirm new platform design fits with current model
        • IRP Design Study in preparation
      • CV
        • Some works under the bunker starting today but still waiting on a quotation from contractor for the main works to be coordinated and date finalised
      • Safety / coordination
        • John Etheridge to confirm EROS involvement
        • Lead
          • some more bricks (unpainted) discovered behind the laser table towards GPS separator (likely blocking radiation from vacuum exhaust pipes) 
          • TBC if radioactive - need to transfer to pallet as requested by RP
          • Olivier Prouteau recommendations: 
            • PPE required: Tyvek, mask, gloves
            • Box required to transfer into for removal
            • He will take a sample of the area to ensure no Pb dust contamination
        • Could we consider a worksite map with coloured zones and dates posted at entrances?
      • Planning: We will start weekly briefing meeting from next week for micro planning of activities -> invite will follow

      Lifting inspection and tests:
      - Overhead crane PR214 foreseen today (10-12h). WISARD, HT room and GPS separator area Wedn/Thursd

      Modification power outlets:
      - Almost finished. HRS and GPS sperator areas to be done. Visit with RP and technician (Jean-Francois Rostant EN/EL) done. Modification forseen for next week.
      - in the HRS and GPS separator zones there are VSC control boxes connected to the power outlets in question. Verified with VSC: No impact if stopped (FE TP ventilators - which are not runnig anyway). There are aso the beamgate switches connected to these outlets - no impact if stopped.

      Ventilation:
      - Ventilation in the hall will be cut for 1 week (until Mon 23 Feb) for modification on the controller cards. No impact on the hall co-activities (M. Averna, J. Vollaire, C. Mutin (SY-EPC), et all.)

      Planning:
      - H. Heylen, C. Porzio and E. Siesling have started putting in place an overall planning covering the various projects and activities in the hall.
