Work Package Analisys (WPA) meeting for the extraction of the MFT & FT0-C detector during LS3.

Objectives of the meeting:
- Analyse in detail the step-by-step procedure
- Ensure proper preparation of the activity
- Verify the readiness of the required tooling and equipment
- Identify any critical points or safety risks
- Define and implement mitigation actions in advance, where necessary
