Description

This is a QuarkNet "face-to-face" Workshop on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at the Physics Department of the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus. This is for the teachers. In this workshop we will be working on the Orientation as preparation for our MasterClass, which will be on March 21, and other Physics activities. Quarknet National staff Ken Cecire will visit from the University of Notre Dame University

Important details that you should consider:

1.- Laptop: You must bring your personal laptop for the activities.

2.- Parking: This is located next to the Physics building. To access you must talk to the guard at the main entrance of the campus. The parking brazo will remain open.

3.- Lunch: We will have Lunch and Coffee in the activity, they will be sandwiches from the Mesón, water and juice.
