•  Alexia's tasks to be taken over: on-going. Valérie would take over the supervion, MERIT coordinator and DTM role, Cecile would be the main contact for ATS communication. DPCC and DSM remain to be found.
  - Wordpress migration: Hervé started the word on HL and the ATS website (both are fully re-done under wordpress)
  - SY request for administrative help >[HPTW2026][1] > Tania and Tiphaine will be helping. Meeting foreseen with SY team on 04.03.
  - Space Management (New role) > SCE is trying to simplify all movings requests and asked for key persons to be defined by department/unit (Alexia, Cécile, Valérie and Delphine for ATS-DO)
  - EPITA: proposal successfully accepted by the EU, project will be launched around May.
  - HRA @S2PO (02.03.2026): reminder: Sara Stappers - HRA and Karim Hofstetter - HRC will introduce themselves to the S2PO next week.
  - Request B. Goddard for NA-CONS Steering Committee > Tiphaine will follow up, meeting with Brennan foreseen on 02.03.
