Call for Abstracts

  • Opening day
  • Submission deadline

You can submit abstracts to all topical sessions. The choice between an oral or a poster presentation of your contribution is possible. Due to the limited number of time slots the session organizers might, however, be forced to change oral presentations into posters. If possible, please select "Talk OR Poster" in your submission, indicating that you are flexible regarding the presentation mode. Abstracts shall not be longer than ca. 100 words and not contain any references; pictures are not allowed.

If you are unsure about the correct topical session (track), select the most likely one and add a remark in the Comments field.

Important: With submitting an abstract you are NOT automatically registered for the conference. Please select "Registration" in the left menu and register.

If you do not already have a CERN Indico account, please create a CERN lightweight account before submitting an abstract. Procedure here.

In case you have several Indico accounts, make sure to remember which one you used for the abstract submission. You cannot access your abstract later with a different account.

Please read also the instructions inside the submission form.
