The conference fees, as shown in the table below, hold for payments reaching us until 10 July 2026 (early bird rate).

For payments done later, a surcharge of CHF 20.- will be added. This applies also for participants paying onsite.

Attention: In case you cancel your registration, fees are only refundable according to the cancellation policy which is stated in the registration module.

IMPORTANT: Payments to this account must imperatively show the following payment purpose: SPS Annual Meeting 2026 + name of every participant for whom the fee is being paid (i.e. in case of group payments done by your institute). For further clarification you may also add your registration ID (as shown on top of your registration).
Payments from abroad (in EUR): Please make sure that you include the cost of bank fees / conversion rates such that the precise fee amount as listed above reaches us. For payments from most European countries, instruct your bank to handle the transfer according to the SEPA standard (German English). With this method additional bank fees for foreign transfers can usually be minimised or avoided.
At the registration desk you can only pay cash (CHF). We can unfortunately not accept any credit cards.
