There are five invited talks, marked in red in the Google Doc, for which we do not yet have proposed speakers. Please review them and suggest potential speakers.
The committee chairs will prepare a template invitation letter.
The chairs will send the invitation letters; however, they will need two pieces of information:
1. The topic for which the candidate is being invited
2. The candidate’s email address
To facilitate this, two new columns have been added to the Google Doc. For each person you are inviting, please add:
1. One or two sentences describing the topic of the invitation
2. The email address of the invitee
In cases where more than one invited speaker is listed for a given topic, the chairs will send invitations in the order shown in the document. If you have a preference, please reorder the names accordingly before invitations are sent.
The chairs will contact Patricia to reserve an additional room for parallel sessions on Thursday, October 8. ✓ [The room is now booked for you on 6^th, 7^th and 8^th October, from 14h00 to 18h00.]
There is still time to suggest speakers for the CERN colloquium planned for Thursday, October 8. We would like the colloquium to align with the theme of the event while being organized as an official CERN colloquium. Anne will contact the CERN colloquium organizers. We welcome your suggestions for potential speakers.
