      That's what we call an apericena in Italy, too early to be a dinner, but too long to be an aperitivo

      How will it work:

      • Giovanni will bring the dough
      • Nico will bring the basic ingredients (e.g. tomato sauce, mozzarella, etc.)
      • You will bring what makes your pizza the best pizza in IT-CA-DR: it can be a single ingredient, or multiple ones. You decide how to organize the pizza.
      • You are going to roll the dough, put the toppings, and cook the pizza
      • At the end of the competition, we will host a ballot, where the name of the winners will be announced.
