= VO-box metapackage
JM> Relocatable distribution of MW. Will there be a relase by EMI?
ML> Not yet ready due to manpower shortage. Discussed in IT/GD, not so many sites use this
option... It would be nice to have, but not critical.
CC> Happy about the situation. Has questions about other experiment s/w dependencies and use
of VO-box.
ML> The gLite VO-box metapackage is fully supported officially until next year and steps
are taken for indefinite support. One should not mix EMI with gLite components. Will contact
Catalin offline to hash out details concenriing other experiment's use of the VO-box.
The VO-box ugrade for ALICE is safe and will be announced on the mailing list.
