Description

The meeting is dedicated to reviewing the status of the planned activities across all accelerators complex for the group. Bi-weekly meetings will be held so that activities status from the previous two weeks and the upcoming two weeks is reported, and possible issues or bottlenecks discussed, either it being technical or resources related.

The equipment readiness will also be reported and discussed.
