Description

This session will introduce participants to the role of the CERN Ombud and the support available in situations involving misunderstandings, tensions, or difficult workplace dynamics. It will help participants better understand when and how the Ombud can be consulted, and how this resource may complement mentoring in more sensitive or complex situations. The session is open to all participants of the programme.
