DILIGENT Release Beta phone conference #6

* People attending: - Pedro (CERN) - Paolo (ENG) - Manuele (CNR) - István + Andor (4DSOFT) * Integration Build - Nightly builds - Updates if build succeeds * ETICS configurations - 0.2.0 for the integration and testing activity - 0.2.7 is currently the development version * Deployment testing - Done automatically, three times a week - Deployment testing results for this week: -- 49/60 services integrated -- 41/42 libraries integrated -- 00/32 portlets integrated -- 18 bugs open / 1 bug closed * Documentation - New feature in ETICS build report: check style (individual page) - HTML pages already published - JavaDoc style (being created by Vangelis) - Set for all services in ETICS * Testing - Basic Diligent services have been set up this week: -- All the DIS services -- Package Repository -- DL mananagement - Problems with DIS installation have been resolved (by Manuele) - Testing has been started with basic tests (the same ones as in the Alpha version) - Deployment and testing of further services are to be started next week * Actions decided - Final Release -- Developers should move to a new branch in order not to mess up the Beta Release which is the target of the integration/testing -- 0.3.0 should be the new developer configuration, should be created by cloning the current, 0.2.7, configuration -- Mdofications in 0.3.0: --- Naming to be "generalized" (packages, services) --- Fixing configurations -- CVS and SVN usage by developers following naming decision -- Report of this activity next week by Pedro
