From building confidence and visibility to navigating complex workplace dynamics, each session is an invitation to sharpen your skills, expand your network, and take ownership of your career journey.

Workshop objectives 

At the end of this workshop, attendees will:

• Understand the difference between coaching, mentoring and sponsoring
• Recognize that careers are never build alone, and see that fair support is essential for career progression  
• Feel inspired to identify the career support they need and determine who can provide this support  
• Be able to contribute to a career-supportive culture in their own organization and initiate conversations on this topic
• Formulate one act of sponsoring that they could seek in the following month

Eveline Braber is a career development enthusiast with a focus on D&I. Via her freelance business EGLB she designs and facilitates Learning & Development workshops on mentoring, sponsoring and career progression. She also holds a position as Project Officer for Recognition & Rewards at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
