Proposal + Report by Serguei
- Provide a possibility to browse relatively small files directly in Jupyter notebooks.
- Size is limited. Completely decoupled from C++ at the moment.
- Uses ROOT functionality behind the scenes for local files.
- It is a new magic command and it doesn't conflict with any of the existing functionality. Maybe this can go in 6.40?
- Could this be an attack surface?
- No, because this is completely decoupled.
- Files larger than 10MB will get a warning.
- Fixed some other issues.
