      • General agenda of recurrent meetings presented:
        • Overview of planning (short term and long term)
        • Integration
        • Power distribuiton
        • DC cabling
        • Decabling
        • Optical fibres
        • Cabling
      • Planning: no specific points for EN-EL
      • Integration: (detailed follow-up at the dedicated monday meeting)
        • Cable routing from URx5 to ULx3 not yet released, it is possible to work but EL has to take care not to impact the Z module (solved, to be done also at P5)
        • Cablofil routing to 18 kA power converters (RQX): already in place at UR15, contractor already notified to deploy it elsewhere
        • Cable trays to be lowered at the level of separation door: not yet defined to be re-discussed at teh integration meeting, EL has some questions about this
        • Installation of structure for cables between TE-MPE racks: to be clarified as not fully clear, EL to contact TE-MPE, and it will be discussed at the integration meeting (solved, solution agreed, local cabling will be done once the racks in place)
        • Flexwell cables: very fragile, HL asks to install as late as possible and aftre to protect with a cover. To be discussed later, Diogo is studying the planning (proposal: keep for next follow up meeting) (scheduled previsonaly at the end of the works in the UR, to be ocnfirmed and to be integrated in the model; to check who is going to purchase the RF patch panel for the Faraday cage - probably the RF contractor, to be confirmed)
        • Study for the support for CP corrector magnet shall also take into account the power boxes installed for power distribution and requested by WP6a (under study, it is being integrated in the 3D model)
      • Power ditribution:
        • SLDs and design drawings of P1 and P5 have been elaborated with the project to give visibility on the actual status and planned progress.
        • A list of tasks of upcoming events is regularly reported form both P1 and P5 at site coordination meeting and HLTCM meeting and so far works well
        • EL to confirm the delivery dates of UPS and CPS, and to promptly report in case of delays, as the installation and commissioning dates have been booked in the planning (action: EL-EPM to monitor the delivery of CPS and to launch the orders of UPS)
      • DC cabling:
        • Readiness of material: HL asks a status of the readiness and the procurement plan, to see if there are possible optimization or anticipation to the planning that can be proposed, as for WP6B some works related to the installation of the CDBs and power converters racks might be advanced as it is the case in L1 (action: EL-CS DC cables, there is fexibility on the planning to perform it in June)
        • Status of procurement of class 6 cables: DO prepared by next week, but possible use of single source (Druseidt) and simple DAI required (DO sent out). Some accessories got lost and a DAI is required rapidly, as the delay will impact the planning (solved, material found)
        • Cables for WCC temperature monitoring: integration Ok, mnissing the DIC to be launched (action: EL-CS DC cables)
        • Insertion of WCC on CDB: probably Flohe will perform the heavy work, to be clarifed. Presentation tp be prepared on this subject at a next HLTCM (tasks clarified between Comsa and Flohe, as for materil athere is flexibilit yin th eplanning to optimize the tasks, to be checked in parallel)
      • Decabling: no specific points to discuss
      • Optical fibres: no specific points to discuss
      • Cabling:
        • Cable CLIC could be patched - A mockup wil  be built with 6 connections to be tested and validated (action: EL-CS signal cables).
        • TE-CRG added cables for heaters for teh RF cryomodules; the heat dissipation should be checked. Waiting for the final DIC of TE-CRG.
        • Progress report is already containing the required information, but HL asks something that could be easily readable without misunderstanding by top management. EL and HL will discuss if and how a clearer template can be adopted (action: Davide and Diogo).
        • HL asks to get visibility on the cable availability Vs. the cabling campaigns, and to be notified with notice if some material is late. As the framework is complex (many stakeholders including manufacturers, CERN Store, EL logistic manager, EL cabling team) EL is working on a new application to improve the visibility on the procurement.
For the short term (2026) campaigns, HL asks anyway to get a better visibility: as the follow up is done, EL will share the available files and regularly reporting on the base of these files (action: EL-CS signal cables to think abaout a suitable process)
        • Progress report on handover to users and acceptance of cables: there is no olistic tool doing it and today it can't be developed in EL; neerthless EL will add a follow up on this on the SNOW Tickets, to ensure the trackig of this (action: EL-CS signal cables)
        • Modification of DIC of TE-CRG: as it risks to have a major impact on planning and coordination, the project needs to define what can be done to mitigate the delay of TE-CRG, and to support potential mitigation actions of EL, although some of them will already be proposed and implemented in the short term as look feasible and logical (action: HL coordination team with the impact of proposed solution from EL-CS)
        • CC35 and CC45 are late according to baseline schedule. EL contractor gave the feedback that they are confident to catch-up the delay and as per today 4-5 days of delay overall have been announced. EL asked them to be notified on time in case of additional delay. (The progress went pretty well after a dificult start, still ongoing)
        • Modification of cable trays for DFHM P1 have been modified, to be checked for P5.
        • Modification of smoke extraction link US17/UR15 on vertical wall is required and undergoing, to be checked for P5.
