· IT-dismantling
o Training session took place on Tuesday.
§ Description of the activity and organization explained to all people intervening
o First demonstration by Tavis and James performed
o The QRL-dismantling team was also present (mutualizing tools and knowledge)
o We believe that we will be much faster than what we have in the planning. We could count on ~ 1 day per IT (instead of the 4-3 weeks planned)
· PIM cutting
o First draft of the procedure prepared by Olivier. Refinement ongoing.
o James is grouping all tooling needed
· Organization
o Electro-mechanical work (without HL-LHC): Definition of the binomes and specific task for each of them (Nico B., Lucie, Ludo F.)
· General SIT
o We started contacting the supervisors of the people involved in SIT activities, providing the scheduled training and intervention dates
