ACTIONS from meeting

NEW BASELINE: INSTALLATION OF M1 & SERVICES IN JANUARY 2027 AFTER TAXS INSTALLATION

  1. Check feasibility of installation of a safety barrier on the top of TX1S (based on LHC photos).   ATLAS, WP8
  2. Decide the best timing for removing the VJplate. Today foreseen for Day 1 but could provide a better shielding if kept in place and removed on Day 5. ATLAS, WP8, VSC
  3. Request access from LHC tunnel for the installation of TAXS (installation of winch and pulling ). WP8, EN-THE. WP15
  4. Noted: maximum volume requested for LUCID cabling is 250 x 100 mm. Integration to be done and model to be provided to BE-CEM. WP8
  5. In-situ check the situation of the longitudinal grooves at the top of TX1S. correction of the integration model if required. ATLAS, WP8
  6. Provide a planning with sequences and estimated duration of tasks for the installation of M1 (WP12)
  7. Provide a planning with sequences and estimated duration of tasks for the installation of pumping lines (WP12)
  8. Provide a planning with sequences and estimated duration of tasks for the installation of cabling (WP8)
  9. Provide to BE-CEM a 3D model of the slots  considering the worst case (max volumes) of JFSU machining (WP8)
  10. It was agreed that the cabling support structure for M1 will be manufactured by WP8 and installed in M1 by WP12
