Hello, you are invited to the CERN Round Tables.

This event, taking place at IdeaSquare (CERN), will bring together professionals from CERN and other organizations to exchange experiences and practical insights on administrative tools and processes. The discussions will focus on the following domains:

• Finance
• Procurement
• Logistics and Supply Chain

 

The event is also being organized in the context of CERN’s ERP transformation journey, providing an opportunity to share experiences, discuss challenges and opportunities.

The format is simple:

• One table per domain (max 7 per table)
• One set of questions related to each domain and its sub-domains
• Contributions from different experts, sharing their perspectives and experiences in response to the same questions

 

Please note that the composition, topics, and number of round tables may be adjusted based on participants’ interests, preferences, and the final number of attendees.

It is also important to recognize that many sub-domains are naturally interconnected.

The event aims to foster valuable peer-to-peer learning, support the exchange of best practices relevant to digital and organizational transformation, and build meaningful professional connections in an informal and collaborative environment.
