Ice-breaking social event for CHEP2026
MHMK 507
Mahamakut Building
Join us at the close of Day 1 for an interactive evening session designed to bring CHEP participants together in a different setting.
The Society Game is a fast-paced and engaging social experience with elements of strategy, collaboration, and competition, followed by a facilitated group conversation about the experience itself, with snacks and drinks throughout the evening. It’s an opportunity to meet colleagues across experiments, institutes, and disciplines, interact with people you may not otherwise meet during the conference, and continue the discussions beyond the game itself.
The first hour is the game. The second hour is where things get interesting.
No preparation is needed and, in fact, we’d encourage you not to look this one up beforehand. It works best when everyone arrives fresh, and we promise the discussion afterwards will make it worthwhile.
Spots are limited to 60 participants.
Update: we have now reached 60 registrations, please apply for participation to be inserted in the waiting list.
