      Seeing with Scattering: From Colliders to Muon Tomography 1h

      Our knowledge of the physical world has been gained largely from the results of scattering experiments. I’ll discuss recent ATLAS searches for beyond-the-Standard Model physics with a focus on displaced leptons from long-lived particles, as well as harnessing cosmic ray muons and machine learning to see through the Earth.
