Discussed the low caching performance reported by Dave on the new "rock store" squid machines in ourproxy and S1 frontend.
Conclusion: we need to upgrade the squid version. The current parameters of the config look reasonable to us

Dave also reports that the PDC squid is not reachable with SNMP, which is very likely. Fabrizio will investigate on the needed network config

Productive meeting with Gianmaria. Now Valentin and Fabrizio understood which design direction to take in order to
develop the elastic publishers cluster. Will need coding, both Valentin and Fabrizio are available. Some good code examples can
be taken from Cernbox, which does a similar thing.
