WLCG Sustainability Forum Meeting #7: Report from Conferences, PUE

At CHEP 2026 and SC4RC at CERN many relevant topics have been presented and discussed. Therefore summaries of the presentations covering environmental sustainability will be given. 

To start converting CPU power measurements in WLCG a common, "typical" PUE value has to be agreed on. This can be used as a starting point.

During the last months it became clear that PUE in our community can, and is measured/estimated in different ways. We see it as beneficial to gain a better understanding of this topic and suggest to have a dedicated session in the future.  Meanwhile we seek volunteers to study the topic in greater depth.
