Dear colleagues,
I would like to invite you to a meeting to discuss all activities to be done before the opening of cryomagnets interconnection (also called W opening).
We are preparing a tool to track all activities where most of you will be involved, and we would like to share this with you and be sure that your activity is properly planned at the right time and notified at the right moment.
In the attached file, you will find the latest version of the activities plan by MSC during LS3.
In column R, you can filter the “W” we plan to open. Some of your equipment can block the opening of the W. Please check that they are well identified by next Tuesday.
I would like also that the corresponding team for NC BPM, NC CRG and RX PIM not cut (NC = non-conformity), check we are opening the right W
During LS3, some magnets will be replaced (select red cells in column D or E)and your equipment is possibly below the magnet.
In the tracking tool, we will not notify your equipment. Be sure that by Oct 26 for LQNCB.10L1 and by Jan 27 for the others, none of your equipment stay below the magnets.
