About the topic
You are responsible for delivering a strategic project that cuts across various departments and equipment groups that have competing priorities. Your project stakeholders have different objectives, resources are shared and uncertainty is high. You are accountable for the project outcomes but you do not control the resources nor manage the people. And yet, you are expected to succeed. Sounds familiar ?
