Quick notes:

The architecture presented by Sathwik is validated and will be implemented over the summer in the new "collaboration working group web site". 

A unique list will be used to create institutes posts, resulting from the merge of the one provided by the FCC secretariat (MoU list) and the one used within PED (greybook list). Filtering will allow to create distinct maps.

Christophe asks if the mechanism in place will be extended to "people's maps", e.g. list of registrants to a conference or PED authors. The answer is no, as the project handles institutes, not people.
