Investigation of the gen3 itk geometry validation for the navigation time and the hit sensitives efficiency

Fixed the boundaries putting them in front of the sensitives

The navigation is slower because the volume look up seems to be slower compared to gen1

Performance gain in athena for strip seeding, primary pass with GBTS. Opened MRs

Getting closer to the legacy seed efficiency for single muons and ttbar too

3% slower and not too many fakes, but maybe further improved

Work on GBTS  LRT with jasper for the calibration of the space points. Added a calibration technique in the triplet 

Fixed in one MR giving a factor of 2 faster seeding

LRT seeding got 4 times faster and computationally wise it is at a very goot stage
