- Event this week: Software Tutorial in the BNL-CERN school
- Very well attended, even late in the evening
- Minor difficulties faced, and a mismatch on what was presented during the different topics
- No information in advance of who was attending
- We will talk in more detail next meeting
- Keeping an eye on FCC Week 2027
- Not clear yet if we will organize a tutorial or a training session
- Asked in very short notice if we want to use Friday afternoon for a session
- Ideas bouncing around organizing an open forum for PS&C, but Friday afternoon will not be well attended
- During the week, many parallel sessions. We may try to find 1.5 hours for an open forum and increase the attendance
- Idea to organize a satellite meeting for key4hep@FCC, but that would take longer than an afternoon
AOB
- Michel and Alex will support Key4Hep docs, avoiding duplication with FCC
