1. B955 - Elsa will assess the localized roof leak to determine whether the repairs can be carried out externally or whether internal access will also be required – Elsa
2. B917- Elsa will initiate the procurement process for the fencing required for Building 917 as soon as possible - Elsa
3. B955 : Elsa informed us that for the leak on the roof of B955 the installation of an external scaffolding is foreseen (has been installed) to investigate possible consolidations – Elsa
4. Lifting beam: Julien will organize a follow-up meeting inviting also Serge Pelletier - Julien
5. NA - CONS : To ensure proper coordination with NA-CONS, a transport schedule covering the period until the end of 2026 was requested – Cédric
6. B887 : Elsa and Cedric mentioned that some equipment will be transferred to B887 from mid-September onwards. This information shall be integrated into communication – Cedric
