I will review the use of time-resolved astronomical observations in the observation of low frequency gravitational waves. These include the well-established Pulsar Timing and the emerging area of Astrometric observations and the potential for combining the two approaches to obtain increasingly sensitive constraints on gravitational wave signals and their distribution on the sky.
