Purpose
This review covers the current status and plans for the BGI, deployed in both the PS and SPS, and the needs for the BSRT in the SPS. The BSRT is already installed in the SPS but is not currently foreseen to be kept as an operational instrument, and no resources have been requested for it. The review's outcome will support a possible request for funds at the IEFC, covering the BGI and BSRT in case an enlarged scope or additional needs are identified during the discussion.

- Milestones from now through Run 4
Questions the reviewing panel is asked to answer
- Are the specifications clear and complete from both SY-BI and BE-OP/BE-ABP's point of view?
- Does the plan presented by SY-BI for the LS3 work and the restart address all the points in the specifications not demonstrated in Run 3, as well as any potential new points?
- Are the allocated resources sufficient to cover the proposed plan?
