    • setting up ATHENA / ATLAS chain
    • new LCG "view" package
    • Also discussed with ATLAS about their workflow atlasSetup
    • Remodeled LHCb setup along the same way, redone lbsetup, refactor LHCb packages in lhcb.bits for package developments
    • Key4hep: on top of lcg.bits, except for ACTS and one other package with different versions, changed versions in defaults
    • Ship: ROOT with pythia6, fair-root related packages, genie
    • CMS, ALICE: not based on top of common recipes
    • status update at next Architects Forum
    • WLCG/HSF workshop abstract to be prepared for next Friday
    • bits consolidation branch to be merged into main
    • git workflow, rebase too hard. just let claude re-implement instead.
      • Merging, tagging, branching?
    • Need to set up signing for our publication to work!
