WIT Team Building - Taekwondo class

🥋 We are excited to invite you to an introductory Taekwondo practice!

Ever wondered what it's like to kick, block, and move like a martial artist? This is a great opportunity to try it in a friendly and supportive environment, but mostly to have fun!

Dave Barney, head of CERN Taekwondo and Marija Majstorovic, Swiss Champion 2025, along with members of CERN Taekwondo group, will welcome and teach you throughout the lesson.

The lesson will include:

• warmup - a little cardio and some stretching
• basic techniques of kicking, blocking and striking
• kicking objects (small/medium/large targets held by others)
• breaking boards (always fun!)
• some self defence basics

No previous experience necessary. Don't hesitate, just register and join us!

👕 Bring: Shorts or jogging bottoms, a t-shirt, and your energy

🚫 No need for: Socks or shoes, we train barefoot
