Pavan explain the last tests on Proto 6 (without glue but with metallic paint) gives some corona noise from 45 kV and visible surfaces dischages, probably due to the geometry of the triple point.

Following the discussions, and according to the advice from the supplier (Saver), Roland, Pavan, Christian and Sebastien we decide:

We will fill the gap with Polyurethane enough liquid to avoid the trapped bubbles => Sebastien has the product on the shelf => next week
We fill it vertically as the product is liquid
In a firs time, we fill it only on ground side (according to Saver advice)
Cure at room temperature
HV tests => Pavan asap
I cancel my order for the dielectric special silicones
