14th June: Abstract submission deadline EXTENDED
31st July: Reduced registration fee deadline
18th September: Conference begins.

To submit an abstract one must first create a CERN "lightweight" account at:
https://account.cern.ch/account/Externals/RegisterAccount.aspx
This is easy and the affiliation information you give here can be used for the affiliation for the abstracts. The 250 word abstracts, authors etc. can then be uploaded and modified at any time up till the abstract deadline.
