2) Is the electromagnetic design fulfilling the requirements

3) Is the choice of the conductor and cable adequate, together with the chain of procurement (strand, cabling, insulation) ? 

4) Assess the status of the mechanical design

5) Assess the soundness of a tentative schedule up to the magnet test

6) Assess the consistency of the project structure and sharing of responsibilities with CERN and within INFN
